The adorable couple officially adopted a 5-year-old girl named Cece, whom they had fostered since she was 2 months old. When Cece arrived at the Moore family’s doorsteps five years prior, no one knew how the story would end. However, Cindy and Jeffrey were eager to care for the little girl and eventually make her a part of the family. Fast forward to the present day, and Cece is now a member of the Moore family as Cindy and Jeffrey’s daughter. Cece’s adoption was made official on May 11, 2023, at Erie County Family Court, according to PEOPLE.
