When it is announced that Gene Simmons was going to appear as the guest judge on the “Dancing with the Stars,” by the official social media account of the show, people were excited, and also some other people were worried.

Simmons gave feedback after the performance of Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong during the “Hair Metal Night” episode as he said, “Chandler, you fogged up my glasses.”

“You moved me, not just with your gyrations and so on, but your beautiful face and how you were into the emotion of it — top to bottom,” Simmons praised the performance.

A TikTok user shared the moments when Simmons praised Chandler, and also where Simmons also gave feedback to the performance of Danny Amendola and Witney Carson.

“You know this is a brand new experience for me, and it’s difficult to look at both of you and to figure out which one is more hot, hot, hot,” famous rock singer shared.

“Danny, I’m telling you, you’re right next to somebody — one of the most beautiful women on the planet. She makes you look good. Buddy, you gotta hit the gym. You gotta get in there,” Gene Simmons shared.

The same TikTok user also shared a third video from the show, where Simmons was talking about Reginald VelJohnson and Emma Slater’s performance, “You’ve got a beautiful woman right beside you, who can twist it and turn it, and knows how to move it and, you know, all that.”

Then VelJohnson praised Simmons as, “I wanna tell you, as a guy that’s been on the stage for half a century around the world — I’m kind of a big deal, Reggie. It’s all in the attitude and you’ve got something in that beautiful face — they love you!”

People commented under the videos, as some of them were irritated by Simmons’ comments for the performers as one user shared that his comments were “creepy” and “ruined” the episode.

“Worst guest judge! […] His scores were based on physical appearance alone, not skill or talent. Terrible choice ‘DWTS.’ He should not be allowed to judge again!”
